Shore Line

All along the bank of Marion Reservoir white-capped waves beat against the shoreline. Temperatures are dropping quickly as a winter storm descends on the area.  I’m already spoiled by two days of spring-like weather.  Earlier  today I was lying in the grass photographing the first wild flowers of the season. By tomorrow they’ll be underneath a half foot of snow.

  • Dave — Interesting shot. I forgot what non-frozen water looked like. Wow — it moves! Yesterday chorus frogs were singing, today they’re locked in ice wondering where the hell spring went. It’s something I wonder myself.
